Thoughts & Observations During Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace (in 3D).

Ohhh…just wait till I roll out my list of things that are awesome about Episode I.

Indeed, it is at least the second worst part of the Star Wars saga, but that makes it better than pretty much every other Sci-Fi movie in this universe (although I do not know if there is a extraterrestrial version without JarJar).

This is just a generation conflict: People of the 80’s (yeah, i make them sound like  religious fanatics) vs. 90’s kids (that would be me, obviously). I would bet all my Star Wars merchandise, which is one Qui-Gon lightsaber, cape and creepy mask, there will be an Episode 0, or 7 in 10 years.  The two sides would unite against a third generation, complaining about tall, blue aliens fighting the Gungans in 3D.

I should watch the movie again (which would be the 5th or 6th time), to make a list of observations, proving that this part has a right to be called Star Wars.

Or as Master Yoda (may the force be with him) might have said: “Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.” So do not let your fear of a good movie spoil the fun. Do not hate “The Phantom Menace”, unless you are a Sith Lord willing to embrace the Dark Side.
